Tony Helou (or Antoine Helou),
P. O. Box 5557/11, Beirut, Lebanon. His eBay user ID “tonyhelou”.
One
of the most known promoter and seller of the forged and faked Middle East
& Arabia items is Tony Helou. He sells mostly
faked and forged items from Dubai, Sharjah,
Ajman, Fujeira, Umm al Qiwain,
Ras al Khaima, also
Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Syria, and Lebanon. Emirates Philatelic Association
recorded some of his forged and faked items in three different reports

Khaled Nassif: P. O.
Box: 5375, Damas, Syria. His eBay user ID “stampsforever77”. He used the
following emails: ma.stamps222@yahoo.com,
& stampsforever77@yahoo.com.
Khaled Nassif is the only known source of the fabricated
“UAE” overprints on Abu Dhabi 1970-71 definitives, the last Abu Dhabi set, sold to some of
UAE philatelists.
3. Ahmad Shahid Nazir:
Known as “Shahid”: He used the following
email: shahid538@gmail.com
Shahid, a
Pakistani stamps dealer, is the only source for fabricated covers from
Ajman, Manama, Ras al Khaima,
Sharjah, Fujeira, &
Umm al Qiwain. YES! A fabricated covers sold as
“rare commercial covers”, “postcards”, or
“philatelic covers”. He used genuine stamps but with a
fabricated cancels & registration hand-stamps. These items came for the
first time in early 2009! He used mostly delcampe

4. eBay seller username “nobob55”:
This eBay username sold many different Dubai, & Ras al Khaima forgers in the past and currently he sells Iraq,
Saudi Arabia, & Yemen faked stamps. He used the following email: nobob55@hotmail.com account. The same
email is also connected to his paypal account. He
used “Obeid Nabil” as a nick name,
and sometimes he reverse the names as “Nabil
Obeid”. Some philatelist believes that it is Tony Helou
who behind this eBay username. You can check ‘nobob55’: Iraq
